A phone-first survival game where you see the world as a rotating cross-section — grow from hatchling to river god through an outback Australian river system.
Compare All VersionsBuilt over three days in October 2026, Crocodile Survival explores a unique camera mechanic: you only ever see a 2D cross-section of a 3D world. Rotate the slice like a radar beam to navigate. Every element — hunting, stealth, oxygen management, growth — plays out in this single clean image.
The game went through three major visual iterations and eight code versions, all built by AI agents using the local qalarc toolchain: Z-Image-Turbo for sprite generation, ACE-Step for audio, and GLM for orchestration.
Same game, six visual directions. Tap to play, compare, and let me know which works best.
