Custom Android home screen launcher — Kotlin + WebView with category pages, long-press edit mode, and deep integration with all qalarc apps

A fully custom Android launcher (com.fivelidz.phonedashboard) built in Kotlin with a WebView front-end. The launcher organises all apps into category pages (qalarc, Comms, Browsers, Utilities, Tools, Stores, Security) with a tile grid per page. Category pages are editable via long-press on empty space — tiles wobble iOS-style, a floating + Add / Done toolbar appears. Each tile has its own 480ms long-press for an app info sheet. Horizontal swipes between pages. v0.15 added persistent add/remove, surfaced qalarc-explorer on the qalarc page, and fixed a long-press vs swipe conflict. The qalarc category page surfaces all built apps for one-tap access.
