Volkus flips the script on big tech's silent profiling: Meta, Google and TikTok all run facial demographic analysis on you and never show you the data. On Volkus, a 30-second webcam scan — MediaPipe FaceMesh plus four ONNX models running entirely in your browser via WebAssembly — estimates ethnicity, age bracket, gender and Fitzpatrick skin-tone zone, and that badge attaches to every post and vote you make. No accounts, no cookies: identity is a SHA-256 fingerprint token. Reddit×imageboard hybrid boards, demographic vote breakdowns and filters, a transparency dashboard, a warrant canary, and a public roadmap. All face analysis is client-side by architecture — no frame ever leaves the device.
